This allows us to consolidate working processes on site in a unique way. With the individual services (plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrics) combining, we can bring comprehensive experience and expertise together at one site. The building planning and manufacture takes place on site at the same time as the foundation works, saving a great deal of time.
Indsutrialised buildings manufacture
The Cadolto modular construction technology guarantees the highest degree of industrialisation in the manufacture of buildings in the world. Precise manufacturing workflows that are based on tried-and-tested, standardised processes form solid foundations for quality, sustainability and the long life of the building. Ninety percent of the works are carried out in modern production facilities, independent of the weather, subject to constant quality controls, complying with strict deadlines and on budget. The refined materials logistics system and a strictly monitored ordering system ensure absolute transparency, from wall construction elements to the tiniest screw.
Transportation and assembly
When the building modules leave our factory, they already contain all the equipment, including the entire medical, laboratory and building systems, as well as tiles, curtains and façades. Thanks to this unifying of services, transportation is also economic and environmentally friendly, even over longer distances. On site, it is simply a matter of erecting the modules and connecting them to form a building which is immediately accessible to the customer. This represents a very important advantage if operations have to carry on as normal on site, since site emissions are kept to a minimum.
