21.06.2008 - Cadolto Brunch 2008

Extension to company headquarters opens with celebration

Cadolto has extended its company headquarters in Cadolzburg with the Forum II. The new building, completed at the beginning of June 2008, was the focus of this year’s Cadolto brunch, which took place on 21 June at the company's production hall number 8.

“The extension became possible and necessary, as Cadolto has grown immensely in the last year”, explained managing director Gerhard Flohr in his speech in front of around 700 guests. In particular, the large order by the Russian Federation for a total of 15 specialist clinics to be delivered by 2010 has contributed to this rapid development. In general, pre-fabricated modular construction for hospital buildings has caught on both nationally and internationally. With an export quota of over 80% and own subsidiaries in almost all European countries, Cadolto can be very confident that its expanded capacities will be put to full use in the future, too.

The two-storey Cadolto Forum II offers room for 62 workplaces over a gross floor area of 1875 m2. The technical and housing technology departments are housed here with immediate effect. As with the Cadolto Forum I, the building is characterised by its modernity, transparency, harmonious colour concept and openness. The heart of the new building is a 225 m2 conference room, where Hermann Bauer, representing the company, treated the brunch guests to a presentation of the Cadolto history.

Cadolto created the 22 large capacity modules which make up the Forum II with its well-known high-tech quality and speed. The new building is surrounded by an approx. 1,700 m2 park-like green area. What is more, 900 m2 of roof greenery has been placed on top of the building. On a tour of the premises, all the guests were impressed by the attractiveness and high-quality of the extended headquarters.

The band “Nachtschwärmer” from Fürth provided a musical accompaniment to the event. Catering was organised by Lehrieder, an event catering service from Nuremberg.
