Within the framework of the partly new construction of one of the oldest hospitals in Vienna, we developed an interim rental solution for three highly specialised departments: First Aid (on one floor), Neurology (on one floor) and a four-floor medical department for infections and tropical medicine. This interim solution consists of 151 modules.
Cadolto started planning the construction project in Autumn 2011. An assignment which was to be carried out both in the shortest possible time and also in line with the latest technical standards. In other words, construction the Cadolto Way. In May 2012, only 5 months after the approval of the project plans, the new building comprising a gross floor area of 6,158m² had been constructed for the Kaiser-Franz-Josef Hospital in Vienna. Perfection in modular construction. A particular highlight is the lighting in the medical department. It ensures a bright and friendly interior. Good planning leaves simply nothing to chance.
